Life Insurance

At no cost, employees receive $50,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Short-Term Disability
Short-term disability coverage is automatically provided and fully paid for by CIS. During a short-term disability, an employee's compensation will be continued at 60% of regular salary level for a maximum of 13 weeks.

Long-Term Disability
CIS provides, at no cost to the employee, a long-term disability benefit equal to 60% of regular salary. An employee may be eligible for long-term disability after completing 13 weeks of short-term disability. Long-term disability benefits may be continued up to age 65.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
CIS offers supplimental accidental death and dismemberment insurance in the event of a fatal accident or an accident that results in the loss of a limb or eyesight.
